- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, building address, number of units, and anything else you provide through our contact form or by phone.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as your browser type and the ad or link that referred you, collected to measure and improve our outreach.

- To respond to your inquiry and contact you about our property and tenant-operations services.
- To send appointment confirmations, the building and violation summaries you request, and replies to your messages.
